Because we are a small, local company, and giving estimates takes us away from working on other jobs, if we have to spend time investigating your project before we can give an estimate, there will be a charge for the time and labor required for the investigation. The fee will depend on how much time and work is involved, and is typically, but not limited to, between $200 and $500. Time investigating your project could include contacting Citizens Energy Group for details about your sewer, locating your sewer's placement in the yard, locating the issue, and/or planning out possible solutions. YOU MUST AGREE TO PAY THIS FEE, SHOULD ONE BE CHARGED, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE FROM US. *

By checking this box you are acknowledging that you understand that there may be a fee charged to provide an estimate and you agree to pay such a fee. Should you move forward with the proposed estimated work within 14 days of the date on the estimate, the fee charged for the time involved in providing the estimate will be applied as a partial down payment toward the work. However, should you decide to have another company perform the work or delay the project beyond the 14-day period, the fee for investigating your project will be used to cover the time and cost involved in providing the information in the estimate and will not be refunded and will no longer be eligible as a partial down payment for the project.

What is the current status of the sewer or water line? *

Someone is living in the house and cannot use the facilities. This work needs to be completed immediately as an emergency.

The sewer is currently functioning, but has issues that need to be addressed and I am ready to have this work completed within the next two weeks.

There is a leak in the water line that needs to be repaired as soon as possible.

I am collecting estimates at this time to have the work completed at a later date.

This is for a new construction project.
